The movie Field of Dreams featured a very famous line that has made it into our collective conscious: "If you build it, they will come." This mantra has been used ever since as a motivation to creative individuals ever since. Unfortunately, just because you proclaim it, does not magically make it happen. Far too many dreamers, including myself, have leaned upon that proclamation only to find disappointment and despair. Over the years I have had successes and failures as well as some that fall in between. The key to success is how well you know your audience and customers. Maybe a better phrase would read, "If they feel strongly that they need it, then they will come."

Today, I am preparing / repairing a project that I began many years ago on different platforms (e.g. Kartra, ClickFunnels, Podia) with the goal of providing meaningful and helpful information to others that will allow them to improve the quality of their life and the lives of those around them. I have spent my career doing just that, helping people, in face-to-face settings, but that venue really limits the number of people you can help and it can also be quite overwhelming, which leads me here: building an online resource to provide self-help education at a fraction of the cost of traditional therapy. I am beginning with a program for families coping with terminal illness called "We Need to Talk - End-of-Life Collection", and it includes 14 digital products including an eBook, a video interview, two audio books, nine reports, and a prayer book for those facing the end of their lives. To kick things off, I am offering it free of charge for a limited time. I have several resources being retooled to help people overcome anxiety, and a few other ideas cooking inside my imagination.
