Last night and today I will be spending time with a family that I don't know, but am now a part of. I know that sounds weird, but let me explain.

The movie Field of Dreams featured a very famous line that has made it into our collective conscious: "If you build it, they will come." This mantra has been used ever since as a motivation to creative individuals ever since. Unfortunately, just because you proclaim it, does not magically make it happen.
